What do I do if I didn’t receive my water bill?
Please call the office during normal business hours to get the balance of your account. Bills are mailed on the first of the month, and are always due on the 15th. Payment must be received in office by 7 am on the 16th to avoid a late fee.
What do I do if I receive a disconnect notice?
Full payment must be made on the 25th of the month BEFORE 10 am.
